Admission

Follow the given below online as well as offline admission procedure for the I.K Gujral Punjab Technical University:-

Steps 1 - Registration 

  • Go to the website of IKGPTU
  • Register yourself as a new user and login

Steps 2 - Form Filling

  • Now log in with user ID and password that you have created while registering for the IKGPTU application form
  • Now you can start filling the IKGPTU application form with all the required credentials 

Steps 3 – Upload Documents

  • Now upload all the required scanned documents carefully in the desired format with the IKGPTU application form

Steps 4 – Fee

  • Now you have to pay the IKGPTU application form fee via online mode by using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking/E-Challan.
  • The application fee for each program at I.K Gujral Punjab Technical University is Rs.2000 (Non -Refundable)

Steps 2 - Form Filling

  • Now attach all the required documents carefully with the duly filled IKGPTU application form

Steps 4 – Fee

  • Now you have to pay the I.K Gujral Punjab Technical University application fee via Offline mode by Demand Draft in favour of “I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University” payable at Jalandhar.
  • The application fee for each program at I.K Gujral Punjab Technical University is Rs.2000 (Non -Refundable)

Eligibility Criteria
I.K Gujral Punjab Technical University UG Programs Eligibility Criteria
B. Tech. - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th with 45% marks in aggregate
B. Sc. (Hons.) - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th with 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent
Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT) - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th or equivalent examination in any stream

I.K Gujral Punjab Technical University PG Programs Eligibility Criteria
MBA - You must have done Graduation in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognized University
M. Tech. - You must have done B.E. / B. Tech with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved category candidates) and with valid GATE Score
M. Sc. - You must have done graduation with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent 
M. Phil. - You must have done post graduation with at least 55% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST category candidates) or equivalent degree from a UGC recognized University
