The full form of SLIET SET Exam SantLongowal Institute of Engineering & Technology Entrance Exam. It is a national-level entrance exam, Willing candidates who wish to study in the higher-level exam and also want to take admission UG, PG courses then they can apply for this entrance exam. This entrance exam provides admission into Integrated Certified Diploma, SET V- admission for Ph.D., SET III lateral entry for B. Tech.

Program Eligibility Criteria
BE For BE the eligibility criteria based on JEE Mains
ICD 3 years Applicants must have passed class 10th exam
ICD Lateral Entry Applicants should have two-year ITI/ 12th or equivalent exam with two years recognized industrial experience
BE Lateral Must have completed a diploma with 55% aggregate marks and 50% for reserved categories
Applicants who are in their final year can also eligible to apply
M. Tech  Applicants must have a valid B.Sc/ B. Tech/ BE degree with 60% marks, 55% in case of reserved categories along with a valid GATE Score
MBA Applicants must have a Bachelors degree with at least 55% marks or 50% for reserved categories with CMAT/ CAT score
M.Sc  Applicants must have a Bachelors degree with at least 55% marks or 50% for reserved categories
Ph.D.  Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Humanities/ Technology/ Engineering/ Management with 55% marks and 50% for reserved categories.

Registration Fees of SLIET SET Exam :

  • The application fee for General Category Boys will be Rupees 1750
  • The application fee for General Category Females will be Rupees 1250
  • The SLIET SET 2022 application fee for ST/ SC Categories will be Rupees 1250

 

Selection Process orSLIET SET Exam :

  • The counseling process will be held through for all the programs
  • For Ph.D. programs the offline process will take place on 3, September 2021 and only qualified applicants need to bring their original documents for verification
  • Once verification is completed then applicants are given a provisional allotment of seats
  • If any candidate fails at any stage of the verification process then provisional seat allotment can be cancel
  • If any applicants unable to participate in the given time of counseling process then he or she can take part for next available counseling session
