Rajasthan Eligibility Exam for Teachers (REET) 2025

Eligibility Criteria for REET 2025:

  • Candidates must score at least 60% marks to qualify in REET 2025.
  • Reserved category candidates such as SC/ST may have some relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks as per state government norms.

Primary Level (from Class 1st to 5th): Applicant must have completed a 12th class examination with at least 50% marks OR a degree from any recognised university. In addition, candidates must have a 2-year elementary education diploma or a 4-year B. El. Ed. diploma or be in the last year of their diploma exam.

Candidates for the Secondary Level (Classes 6th to 8th) must have completed graduation as well as two years of Elementary Education Diploma. Alternatively, the candidate must be a Graduate with at least 50 percent marks and must have passed 1-year in B.Ed. or Final year students in the 2 years B.Ed. program OR a Graduate with at least 45 percent marks and must have passed at least 1-year in B.Ed. or Final year students in the 2 years B.Ed. program OR a Senior Secondary student with at least 50 percent marks and must have passed 4 years in B. Exam Pattern

The REET exam consists of two papers: Level 1 and Level 2.

Exam Pattern for level I:

Level I include150 questions. Every question is for 1 mark. 60% of the marks are required for the General category, while 55% is required for other categories.

Exam Pattern for level II:

Applicants must choose between social science and science. Those who belong to the general category are needed to score at least 60% marks and those who belong to other categories must attain at least 55% marks to qualify this exam.
