Applicants should need to check the Eligibility Criteria before toapply for the exam. The IPPB Eligibility Criteria involves age criteria, nationality and educational qualification. 

  • Nationality
    • Applicant should have Indian citizenship.
    • Applicants who are from Bhutan, Nepal and Tibetan refugees can apply for the examination.
    • A refugee who came over to India before January 1962 January is eligible to appear in the examination.
  • Age Limit
    • The age limit eligibility criteria for officer Scale I will be 20 to 30 years
    • For Officer Scale II will be 26 to 35 years
    • For officer Scale III will be 23 to 35 years
    • For Manager the age limit between 20 to 40 years
    • For Territory Officer age limit between 20 to 40 years
    • For Assistant Manager will be 20 to 40 years
  • Educational Qualification
    • Scale I Officer- applicants should have graduate degree from the recognized institute or university
    • Chief Technology Officer- applicant must have B. Tech or any equivalent degree from the recognized university
    • Scale II- III officers- applicants must have the graduate degree from the recognized university 
    • Scale IV- VI Officers- Candidatesmusthave graduate degree from the recognized university

  • Click on the tab "IPPB Current Opening 2022".

Selection process of IPPB Exam:

The selection process of IPPB exam involves three stages:

  • Stage I- Prelims Exam
  • Stage II- Mains Exam
  • Stage III- Interview
