Application Process

  • The HP CET exam Registration process begins from the month of April.
  • Applicants can apply through online mode to register themselves on the HPCET.
  • The procedure to fill out the application form for HP CET exam are mentioned below:
  • Candidates must go through the official website and need to create or their profile on the HP CET portal
  • At first, applicants need to register themselves to create a unique User ID and Password. After this, applicants need to enter their other information like educational and personal
  • Now login by using the login credentials and upload the scanned copies of documents 
  • In last step, pay the application fee and submit the application form  

 

Registration Fees of HPCET Exam:

The application fee will be different for each course as well as different categories:

B. Tech Rupees 1550 Rupees 1400
For B. Pharmacy Rupees 1550 Rupees 1400
For B. Pharmacy and B. Pharmacy (Ayurveda) Rupees 3100 Rupees 2800
For B. Tech and B. Pharmacy Rupees 3100 Rupees 2800
For MBA Rupees 1550 Rupees 1400
For MCA, M. Tech, and M. Pharmacy Rupees 1550 Rupees 1400

 

Selection Process of HPCET Exam:

  • The HPCET Selection Process will be based on obtained marks in the exam. 
  • Applicants need to clear the exam before going for further process
  • Once applicants clear the exam, then they need to appear in the counseling process

 

Cut off of HPCET Exam:

  • Once the exam is conducted successfully then the authority will also release cut-off. The BUMAT cut-off will be based on various factors like total availability of seats, how many applicants applied for the exam, difficulty level of the exam, etc.

Ques: Can an applicant submit their application form through Demand Draft?
Ans: No, there is no such type of facility available to the applicants.

Ques: Is it possible to change the allotted exam center after submit the application form?
Ans: No, once the exam center allotted after the submission of application form then applicants not able to change their exam center.

Ques: How a candidate can submit the objections against the answer key?
Ans: Applicants can submit their objections against the answer key by written complaints which is sent to the Controller of Exam, HPTU, Hamirpur.

Ques: What will be the duration of HP CET exam?
Ans: The HP CET time duration will be Three hours.

Ans: The HPCET exam conducting authority is Himanchal Pradesh Technical University.
