Eligibility

The eligibility criteria will be different for each post.

  • For PRT: 
    • Applicants need to complete the senior secondary level school with 50% minimum marks
    • Applicants need to two- a year Diploma in elementary education and also need to qualify for CTET
  • For PGT:
    • Applicants also need to complete a Master’s degree from a recognized university with 50% marks
    • Applicants also need to clear a Diploma in training from the recognized institute
  • For TGT: Applicants need to clear Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree from the recognized institute with 45% marks
  • For Head Clerk: Applicants also need to complete Graduation degree with computer proficiency
  • For Counsellor: Applicants also need to hold Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in applied psychology or psychology
  • For Patwari: Applicants need to clear Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field

The age limit criteria will also be different for different posts. The DSSSB also offers age relaxation for different categories.
