Age Limit of BOB PO:

  • Candidates must have fulfill the below age limit criteria:
  • All the applicants must have at least 20 years of their age
  • For OBC applicants the age relaxation will be 3 years
  • For ST/ SC or Ex- Servicemen the age relaxation will be 5 years
  • For persons affected by 1984 riots the age relaxation will be 5 years
  • For PWD general applicants the application will be 10 years
  • For PWD OBC candidates the age relaxation will be 13 years
  • For PWD ST/ SC applicants the age relaxation will be 15 years


Educational Qualification:

  • Applicants should have to complete Graduation degree from the recognized institute with 60% aggregate marks
  • For ST/ SC applicants applicants need to secure 55% marks

Exam Application Process

The application process of the BOB PO exam will be completed in multiple steps:

  • Registration 
    • It is the first step, the application need to click on the registration link
    • For the registration process, applicants need to enter their name, mobile number, security code and email id
    • Once the registration completed the registration number and password will be generated
  • Uploading scanned documents 
    • After the successful registration, applicants need to upload their signature and photograph in the prescribed format
  • Filling the application details
    • Applicants need to then fill their other details like personal and educational information in the application form

 

Application fees :

  • Applicants need to pay application fee through online mode only
  • The application fee for general applicants Rupees 750
  • For other backward classes the application fee will be Rupees 750
  • For PH/ SC/ ST Rupees 100

 

Selection process:

  • Applicants will be eligible conduction of the Entrance Exam 
  • Candidates will be selected on thebasis of their performance in the exam.
  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on total merit marks i.e. the merit list of objective type, and the descriptive type.
  • After the applicants will be called for the GD/ PI round.
  • When all the process is completed then applicants will be called for the counseling afterwards.

 

Cut off of BOB PO Exam:

BOB PO Cut Off will be required to get considered for Probationary Officers. Applicants need to get at least the minimum scores in both overall cut off marks. There are multiple factors such as total vacancies, competitive level, total applicants, etc.
