Eligibility

The eligibility criteria of Assam CEE exam is given below:

  • The candidate should be Indian
  • Between 17 to 21 years of age candidates can apply for the ASSAM CEE exam
  • Applicants should be residents from Assam state
  • Candidates must have to complete intermediate exam or any equivalent exam without any grace from any recognized university
  • In qualifying, exam applicants must need to secure at least 50% marks for the unreserved category
  • 45% marks required for reserved category
  • Applicants must be physically as well as mentally fit

Syllabus

The syllabus of the ASSAM CEE exam is divided into 3 sections: Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Chemistry: Some important topics from the subject of Chemistry are atomic structure, classifications of an organic compound, redox reactions, state of matters, electrochemistry, the chemistry of heavy metals, solutions, etc.
    
Physics: Some important topics from Physics are waves, Energy and power, transference of heats, unit, and measurement, laws of motion, electromagnetic waves, electron, current electricity, oscillation, photon, etc.

Mathematics: Some important topics are Binomial theorem and its applications, Law of motion projectile, sets, complex numbers, arithmetic-geometric series, integral calculus, heights and distance, polynomial, etc.
