B.Arch. - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th or equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate marks in Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
B.Sc - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th or equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate marks
LL.B (Hons.) - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th or equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate marks
B.Com - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th or equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate marks
BA - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th or equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate marks
BCA - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th or equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate marks

Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research PG Programs Eligibility Criteria
M.B.A. – You must have done graduation with 60% aggregate marks or equivalent.
M.Arch. - You must have done B.Arch. with 50% marks in aggregate 
M.Sc - You must have done B.Sc with 50% marks in aggregate or its equivalent
M.Com - You must have done B.Com with 50% marks in aggregate or its equivalent
MCA - You must have done graduation with 50% aggregate marks with relevant disciplines
MA - You must have done graduation with 50% aggregate marks with relevant disciplines
M.Tech. - You must have done B.E./B.Tech or its equivalent examinations approved by UGC/AICTE with at least 60% marks in the aggregate from any recognized university or institute
