VELS Entrance Examination

Eligibility

The Vels University exam conducting body establishes the VEE Eligibility Criteria. Before filling out the application form, candidates must meet the qualifying requirements for the exam. The applicant must meet the qualifying requirements for the position for which he or she wishes to apply.

  • Nationality: Candidates of any Indian nationality are eligible to take the VEE test.
  • Age Restrictions: There is no age restrictions imposed by VELS University for any programme.
  • For NRI/Foreign Candidates: Those for undergraduate courses must have completed 12 years of formal schooling, while candidates for postgraduate courses must have a Bachelor's degree.
UG Courses
B.E / B.Tech.    10+2 with Maths, Physics and Chemistry 
 B.Pharm  10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology / Botany and Zoology 
Pharm - D Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology / Botany and Zoology 
LAW - B.A., LL.B (Hons.)  10+2 or its similar Age: As per BCI norms
LAW - LL.B.  Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree from an acknowledged University. Age: As per BCI norms
PG Courses
M.Pharma Degree in B.Pharma from recognized University
M.Sc. Degree in B.Sc. 
M.B.A. Graduation in any stream with at least 50% marks
M.E Degree in B.E. / B.Tech.
M.C.A. Graduation degree with Maths/Statistics or Mathematical Physics as main/ allied subject
M.A Graduation in relevant stream
M.B.A Business Analytics  Graduation in B.Tech. / B.E. in any discipline, BBA/B.Sc. (Maths, Statistics)/BBM/ BA (Maths/ Economics, BCA, B.Com., B.Sc. Computer Science with at least 50% marks from a recognized University.
