Application Process

Application Procedure for online and Offline Interested candidates 

Online Mode Procedure

  • Go to the SRMS EET official website.
  • Look for the "SRMS EET Application Form" link.
  • Fill in your personal, contact, and educational details as required.
  • Upload a recent colored passport-size photo and your signature in.jpg,.jpeg, .jpg/.jpeg/.png format.
  • Submit your application fee digitally using a credit/debit card or via internet banking.
  • After completing the application, make sure to print the confirmation page for future reference.

  • Central Admission Cell at SRMS CET in Bareilly, located on the Bareilly-Nainital Road.
  • Admission Cell at SRMS CETR in Bareilly, also on the Bareilly-Nainital Road.
  • Admission Cell at SRMS CET in Lucknow, situated on Kanpur Road, 35 kilometers away from the city center.
  • City Office in Bareilly, specifically at N-3 Rampur Garden.
  • City Office in Lucknow, found at UGF-5, Krishna Complex, on Chand Ganj Garden Road.
  • These locations serve as contact points for admissions and general information about SRMS institutions.

FAQ

Ques- Is it possible to submit an application for the SRMS EET Exam in Offline Mode?
Ans- Candidates have the option to apply for the SRMS EET Exam in Offline Mode.

Ques- Is postal mailing or online uploading of my academic records required for the SRMS EET application form?
Ans- Although not mandatory, it's recommended to include photocopies of academic documents and identification along with the application form. This stipulation does not apply to online submissions.

Ques- Does SRMS EET provide any concessions on the Application Fee?
Ans- The SRMS Trust does not offer any form of concession or waiver on the SRMS EET application fee. All applicants from any category are required to pay a fee of Rs. 1000/-.
