Eligibility

AAEEE qualifying requirements for admission to PG and UG programmes are specified. The following guidelines are set for admission to the B.Tech. programme:

  • Age Restriction: There is no upper age restriction. The average age of students enrolled in PG or UG programmes is 26 years.
  • Nationality: Only Indian citizens are eligible to take the test.
  • Educational requirements: 10+2 with 45% marks with physics and maths as primary subjects. Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational Subject/Chemistry can be the third subject. 
    • 10+2 with 40% marks for the reserved category.
    • Students who have passed the JEE main exam can go straight to counselling.

Ans. The key distinction between the AAEEE Merits list and the AAEEE outcome is that the merit list will include the names of recommended applicants who have received higher ranks and are entitled to participate in the counselling round.

Ans. In the entrance test, students will receive one score for each correct answer. The authorities will subtract 0.25 points from the admission exam for negative or incorrect replies.
