Application Process

Candidates must complete the AJEE application form online at AISECT University's official website. The AISECT University admissions registration procedure is entirely online. Candidates must ensure that they accurately complete up all of the fields on their AISECT Joint Entrance Exam application form.

  • Step 1: Registration: Go to the website and click on the Registration/Admission option.
  • Step 2: Fill the form: Candidates must carefully complete out the application form so that no errors occur, as well as select the faculty and course. Proceed to the personal information section and fill it out completely. 
  • Step 3: Select Examination Mode: Select on an examination mode (Online/ Offline) and location. Upload a passport-sized photo and photo identification proof. Candidates should click the "submit" button after confirming all of the data. 
  • Step 4: Make payment for the Application fee: After completing and submitting the registration form, candidates must make payment. Visit the website, input your registration number, and pay. Payment can be made by debit card/ credit card/ net banking. 
  • Step 5: Submit Application Form: Finally, after completing all of the preceding stages, applicants must click the Submit button. After that, a confirmation message will be sent to the candidate's registered email address, as well as an SMS to his/her registered cell phone number. Candidates will also be given their AJEE registration number. Candidates can also register for the AISECT University test at one of the AJEE 2022 information centers.

 

Registration Fee:

Candidates must pay the AJEE application fee using internet banking, debit card, or credit card.

Selection Process:

  • The results of the admission exam are announced online by the authorities. Candidates can view the results by going to the website. The qualified applicants are listed on a merit list based on their performance in the entrance exam. For each course, a separate list is created. Selected candidates are invited to counseling, where their documentation and qualifications are confirmed. Candidates are awarded admission to the institute upon satisfactory verification.

 

Cut Off:

The organizing institute will determine the AJEE Cut Off score. It is not announced individually by the university. The following considerations will influence the cut off marks:

  • The number of qualified candidates,
  • Seat availability,
  • Marks and ranks attained by the aspirants

Q1. I made an application for the AJEE, but I do not intend to take the exam. How can I cancel my application?
Ans. Once submitted, neither the application form nor the application cost may be withdrawn. You can just choose not to take the exam.

Q2. What is the AISECT university group?
Ans. AISECT is an association of universities. Dr. CV Raman University Bilaspur, CG, Dr. CV Raman University, Vaishali, Bihar, AISECT University, Hazaribagh, Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal, and Dr. C. V. Raman University Khandwa, MP are the five universities.

Q3. If we fill out the AJEE form incorrectly, can we make a query?
Ans. Once you submit the form, you will be unable to edit any of its data. It is recommended that candidates properly fill out the application form.

Q4. What is the AJEE exam mode?
Ans. The AJEE exam is given both online (computer-based) and offline (paper-based). During the registration procedure, candidates must select their desired exam mode.

Q5. Will the AJEE questions be asked in English or Hindi?
