Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test

Exam Pattern

  • The mode of examination for HTET is offline. The duration for the exam is 2 hours 30 minutes.
  • There will be 150 questions and medium of exam will be English and Hindi.
  • For a correct answer, one mark will be awarded. For a wrong answer, there will be no mark deducted.

Q1. Does the BSEH publish the official answer key for the exam?
Ans.
Yes, the authorities have provided individual answer keys for each level in PDF format.

Q2. How is the HTET exam administered?
Ans.
The HTET  test is given in pen and paper format. Candidates must use a ballpoint pen to indicate their answers on the OMR sheet.

Q3. How many times could a person sit in the HTET exam?
Ans.
There is no restriction for taking this exam, therefore you can take it as many times as you like. If a candidate has been given a TET certificate, they can retake the test to improve their score.

Q4. Can the HTET application form be completed offline?
Ans.
No, the BSEH does not accept the offline HTET application form. The application form may only be filled out online on the exam's official website.

Q5. Can I take all three HTET papers?
Ans.
Yes, you can take all three papers of the HTET test provided you match the BSEH's qualifying requirements.

Q6. Are there any subjective questions on the HTET exam?
Ans.
No, there are no subjective questions on the HTET exam. All of the papers are made up entirely of objective Multiple-Choice Questions.
