IIM-Bangalore Launch New Executive General Management Program in Pune

The Executive General Management Programme launched by the IIM Bangalore of its 71st cohort of the most popular program for working executives. This program is an innovation designed specifically for working professionals who live around Pune and its precincts.

A part-time program, the EGMP is meant for practicing managers with many years of work experience. Spanning 10 months, it presents a challenging program delivered in an innovative combination of in-person sessions at IIMB Bangalore, and live online modules. This flexible format reduces costs associated with travel and accommodation but ensures that participants get the same high-quality education imparted by IIMB. This dramatically expands IIMB's Executive Education programs, bringing its famous management course to an increasingly large audience.

As a result of being one of the longest-running and most successful graduate management programs, with more than 5,000 successful alumni graduates, the EGMP provides participants with the latest concepts in management, including best practices that will help them apply their knowledge and skills upon graduation. The program is ideal for the mid-career professional looking forward to senior management levels. Selection is strictly based on years of experience, quality of experience, educational background, and diversity metrics. The eligibility for the program is a graduate degree with a minimum industry experience of 5 years. On successful completion of the program, participants are conferred the IIMB Executive Education Programme Alumni status and thus, become part of the vibrant global IIMB alumni network.
