Overview

NABARD is a national level exam and was first established on the date of 12th July 1982. To appear in the NABARD exam, applicants need to pass the NABARD Entrance exam. Every year, NABARD conducts regular basis recruitment to fill up the all posts in Group A, Group B, and Group C candidates. It is one of the most popular exams which are conducted by NABARD. This exam recruitment to Group A post which is conducted for the Rural Development Banking Service, Security Service and Protocol, Legal and Rajbhasa. The selection process for the RDBS post is based on the preliminary and mains exam, and personal interview.

NABARD Exam 2022 Eligibility Criteria
General Assistant Manager
Candidates who wish to apply for Assistant Manager General then need a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university with 50% of marks, and for reserved categories, applicants required minimum of 45%. Apart from Bachelor’s degree applicants can also apply for these postgraduate candidates can also apply for this post and minimum percentage is required for this is 50% and for other caste candidates, the percentage is required 45%.

General Assistant Manager Agriculture
For this post, aspirants need Bachelor’s Degree with 50% of aggregate marks, and for other categories minimum percentage is required is 45% in Agriculture. PG in Agriculture candidates can also for this post.

Assistant Manager of Agriculture Engineering
For this post, applicants need a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture engineering at least 50% of marks, 
But for SC or PWBD applicants, the minimum percentage is required 45%. Post graduate applicants need post graduate in agriculture at least 50% of marks from recognized university or board.

Assistant Manager of Dairy/ Food Processing
Applicants need Bachelor’s degree required in Food technology or food processing with at least 50% marks. But, for ST or PWBD candidates the minimum percentage required at least 45%. 

Assistant Land Development Soil Science Manager
Required Bachelor’s degree or PG degree in agriculture or agriculture soil science agronomy to apply in this post with at least 50% and for ST or PWBD candidates the minimum percentage criteria will be 45%.

Age Eligibility Criteria for NABARD Exam
Aspirants who wish to get admission in the NABARD exam, and then they should be 21 years old but not more than 30 years. Apart from this, there are different age criteria for different caste. For another backward caste, the age relaxation is three years. For Schedule Caste people there are 5 years of age relaxation. For persons with disabilities (PWD) people the age relaxation is 10 years. For the SC/ST/PWBD disabilities candidates there is an age relaxation of 15 years.

Exam Pattern NABARD 2021
The NABARD exam duration is one hour 20 minutes and will be conducted online. There are three sections of this exam and have 100 questions, each question has 1 marks. There is also negative marking in this exam, which means 0.25 marks deducted for the every wrong answer.

Phase I:
It is based on an online exam and is known as a Preliminary examination. The Phase I NABARD exam total marks for this question paper are 200, Subject wise question paper and marks are as follows.
There are 20 questions for the test of reasoning, 40 marks for the English language, 20 questions for computer knowledge, 20 questions for General Awareness, 20 questions for Quantitative Aptitude, 40 questions for Social and Economic Issues, 40 questions for Agriculture and Rural Development. 

Phase II- Mains Examination
The Mains examination is divided into two phases.
Phase I
This phase is based on General English. This exam is divided into so many sections like writing skills, and the paper will have descriptive questions. The duration of this exam is 90 minutes, and there the total marks for this paper are 100.
Phase II
Phase II is divided into three sections one is Economic and Social Issues, the second is Rural and Agriculture Development for General Posts, and the third is Agriculture for those candidates who apply for the manager aptitude agriculture posts. The duration of this phase is also 90 minutes.
Phase III
This phase depends on multiple sections of legal services like Cyber Laws, Industrial, and Cooperative Laws, Banking negotiable Instruments, Commerce or Property transactions, Direct Financing, Rural non-life insurance, Staff matters, etc. The total marks of this phase are 100, and the time duration is 90 minutes.

Selection Process of NABARD 2022
The selection process will done on the basis of written entrance exam i.e. Prelims and Mains as well as Interview round.
