Exam Application Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria set by the exam authorities, you're all set to fill out the TJEE 2023 Application Form. Please note, the application is only available online. I'm going to guide you through the key steps involved in the TJEE application process right below this note!

Step 1: Let's Get You Registered

First off, you'll need to head over to the official website. Once there, pop your e-mail ID and mobile number into the appropriate boxes. Then it's as simple as hitting “Submit” to get registered. Your registration will generate a “User Reference ID”, which you can get by logging back in using your newly registered e-mail ID and mobile number

Step 2: Time to Tidy Up Your Profile

Now for the fun part: personalizing your profile. Just log in, then complete all the sections in the Edit Profile Form. Remember, don't skip any sections! They're all important and you need to complete this step before you can fill out the online application form.

While you're at it, there's some documentation you'll need to have on hand. These include:

  • A Scanned Copy of Your Photo
  • A Scanned Copy of Your Signature
  • A Scanned Copy of Your BPL Certificate/Ration Card (if you have one)
  • A Scanned Copy of Your Caste Certificate (again, only if applicable)

Step 3: Complete Your Application Form

  • Head on over to the official website and get cracking on that application form. You'll need to pop in all the needed personal and educational details. That includes stuff like your name, address, contact number, age, and your guardian's name. Don't forget your class X and XII mark sheets or roll number and which board you appeared for.
  • One key bit here is choosing your examination center. Just rank your preferences and the system will do its best to slot you in. Note that all center assignments are based on availability.
  • Don’t stress about getting everything perfect the first time around. You'll get a chance to tweak and adjust your info before the final submission. When you're happy with everything, just hit the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 4: Get That Payment Sorted

  • Next, pay your application fee using a Credit/Debit Card, or net banking. This is handled through a super-safe Payment Gateway provided by those in charge of the exam.
  • Remember though, once you've coughed up the fee, it's a done deal. Unfortunately, they don't offer refunds.

Step 5 - Grab Your Confirmation Receipt

  • As soon as you've successfully paid your application fee, you'll be able to print your official application acknowledgment - always handy to keep for your personal records.
  • In addition to this, we won't forget to pass along your payment receipts. They're yours to keep too.
