Application Process

KARTET is used to assess the eligibility of people applying for teaching employment in government schools. Every year, the TET is held. The following are the steps of KARTET selection:

  • Application Form: KARTET application forms are accessible online at the board's official website. Candidates must pay the KARTET application fee online after completing the online application.
  • Admit Card: Prior to the written test, the KARTET admit card will be made available online. One week before the examination, candidates may get their KARTET to admit card from the official website. To gain access into the test hall, you must have a printed copy of your admit card with you.
  • KARTET Test: The state-level KARTET exam is used to hire primary teachers (paper I) and upper primary teachers (paper II). Level I hires teachers for grades 1-5, whereas Level II hires teachers for grades 6-8.
  • Result Announcement: The KARTET result is announced shortly after the evaluation procedure is completed. Those who get scores higher than the cut-off will be issued a TET qualifying certificate, which will be valid for seven years.
