The GRE exam will become much shorter, going from almost 4 hours to just under 2 hours. The change, announced by ETS (the organization that conducts the GRE), means there will be fewer questions in the Verbal Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning sections and only one essay in the Analytical Writing section.
