Exam Paper

  • The examination will be carried out over a span of three hours, divided into two sections. Part I contains 60 questions, while Part II includes 20 questions, totaling 80 questions to be attempted within the KVPY SA stream. Note that it is mandatory to make an attempt at all questions across the subjects.
  • Questions will be presented in two languages - English and Hindi. In terms of grading, note that each wrong answer will result in the deduction of marks.
  • For Part I, each correct response is rewarded with one mark. Simultaneously, for each incorrect answer, a reduction of 0.25 marks will be applied. As for Part II, each correct answer will lead to an award of two marks. However, an incorrect response will result in a deduction of 0.5 points.
  • The overall value of the question paper is 100 marks, with an allocation of 25 marks per subject.
