SRI ARVIND MAHILA COLLEGE (SAMC) was established in the year 1960 and was named after the great Indian Philosopher Sant Aurobindo Ghosh. Dr. Krishana Jamaiyar was the founder of the college and it was his dream to commence a college which will impart teaching in Arts, Science and Commerce streams. The institute is affiliated to Magadh University, Bodhgaya. It has been accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with “B+” Grade. The institute is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi.
