Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has further extended the date for registration and Re-registration for the July session, 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic. According to the recent notification released by IGNOU, candidates who are willing to apply in IGNOU can apply till September 15, 2020 by visiting the official website ignou.ac.in.
Registration and Re-registration for July session had started on 6th June and 22nd April, 2020 respectively and the last date was 31st July, 2020 which was extended till 16th August and later to 31st August keeping in view the present scenario of the country. Now, it has been further extended till 15th September, 2020.
Candidates can apply through the following steps for Registration and Re-registration in IGNOU:
Step 1: Candidates are required to visit the official website of IGNOU to begin with the registration or re-registration process, i.e. ignou.ac.in
Step 2: At the homepage, students are then supposed to click on admissions option.
Step 3: After a new page with input fields is opened, students need to register by entering the required credentials.
Step 4: Finally, all the required details (like personal details, educational qualifications etc.) are needed to be filled and finally payment regarding the form must be paid. Payment can be done through online method. All the details should be filled carefully because editing may not be encouraged in the future.
