Admission

Follow the given below the Online admission procedure for the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University:-

Required Documents:

  • Class 10th Mark Sheet 
  • Class 12th Mark Sheet 
  • Graduation Mark sheet (if required)
  • IKGPTU, MRSPTU or PTU allotment letter
  • Entrance exam Entrance exam score card score card
  • Migration Certificate
  • Gap Certificate (if required)
  • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • Category Certificate (if required)
  • Income Certificate (if required)

 

Online Mode:

Steps 1 - Registration 

  • Go to the website of MRSPTU 
  • Now click on the tab showing – “New Registration/ Login”

 

Steps 2 - Form Filling

  • After completing the registration process you can start filling the MRSPTU application form with all the required details

 

Steps 3 – Upload Documents

  • Now upload all the desired credentials in the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University application form.

 

Steps 4 – Fee

  • Now you have to pay the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University application fee of Rs. 2,000 (Non-Refundable) via online mode by using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net-Banking and you can also pay via offline mode by HDFC and Central Bank of India.
  • After that submit the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University application form and take a printout for the future reference  

 

Eligibility Criteria

Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University UG Programs Eligibility Criteria:

B. Tech – You must have cleared class 10th and 12th with Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry as main subjects
B.Arch – You must have cleared class 10th and 12th with min. 50% marks in aggregate with Mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects from a recognized board. 
B.Tech (Lateral Entry) - You must have done Diploma in Engineering and Technology with min. 45% marks from a recognized board. 
B.Pharm - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th with min. 45% marks in aggregate with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects
B.Pharm (Lateral Entry) - You must have done Diploma in Pharmacy with min. 45% marks from a recognized board.
D.Pharm – You must have cleared class 10th and 12th with with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects from a recognized board.
BBA - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th from a recognized board.
BCA - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th from a recognized board.
B.Sc - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th from a recognized board.
B.Com (Hons) - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th from a recognized board.
Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) - You must have cleared class 10th and 12th with min. 45% marks from a recognized board.

Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University PG Programs Eligibility Criteria:

M. Tech - You must have done B.E. / B. Tech or M.Sc degree with min. 50% marks in aggregate
MBA - You must have done graduation in any discipline 
M.Pharm - You must have done B.Pharm with min. 55% marks in aggregate from any university recognized by UGC
MCA - You must have done graduation in any discipline
MCA (Lateral Entry) - You must have done graduation in any discipline
M.Sc – You must have done B.Sc with min. 50% marks in aggregate from any university recognized by UGC
M.Com – You must have done B.Com, BBA, or BA with min. 50% marks in aggregate from any university recognized by UGC
M.Arch – You must have done B.E./B.Tech. In Civil/B.Arch. with min. 50% marks in aggregate

Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University Ph.D. Programs Eligibility Criteria:

Faculty of Engineering and Technology - You must have done a Master’s degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline with min. 55% marks (45% marks for SC/ST categories) 
Faculty of Sciences - You must have done a Master’s degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline with min. 55% marks (45% marks for SC/ST categories)
Faculty of Pharmacy - You must have done a Master’s degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline with min. 55% marks (45% marks for SC/ST categories)
