Introduction

KAMLA NEHRU COLLEGE FOR WOMEN (NCW) has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), New Delhi, with “A++” Grade. The institute is a public educational institute entrenched in the year 1965 exclusively for women. It is founded to enhance the living standard of the women and to promote the feeling of self-reliance. The institute one of the few institutions in India to have been awarded the status of “College with Potential and Excellence” by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It is affiliated to G. N. D. U, Amritsar, Punjab.
