CSIR UGC Test for JRF and Eligibility for Lectureship

Application Process

The steps of the CSIR UGC NET selection procedure are as follows:

  • CSIR NET application form: CSIR NET application forms are available on the exam's official website for all interested and eligible applicants.
  • Admit card for the CSIR National Eligibility Test (NET): Candidates who successfully complete the application form and pay the exam fee will receive their CSIR UGC NET admit card. 
  • CSIR NET Test: Candidates must appear for the CSIR UGC NET exam on the specified date and time on the admit card. The CSIR NET is held twice a year, in the months of June and December.
  • CSIR NET result: The CSIR NET result has been announced on the official website. Candidates who pass the NET exam are considered for JRF or lectureship positions.
